Project Description

Complete kitchen and bath renovation of a riverfront condo located in Indian River County. This project required a full range of trades and an eye for detail. The client wanted to transform this outdated space into a state-of-the-art contemporary condo with a warm and luxurious feel.

The kitchen was a total redo from floor to ceiling, including imported cabinet installation, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A window pass-through was enlarged to allow for more natural light. A dry bar was created to provide a quaint, personal entertainment area with pendent lighting offering just the right amount of ambiance for casual conversation.

Two bathrooms were updated from pre-fabricated fiberglass units to cast iron tubs. Finishing touches included complete redo of all wall and floor tile, new cabinetry and fixtures, and smooth surface paint chosen to bring it all together.

Now this twentieth century professional has an updated home he can be proud of.
