David "Harley" Van Ginhoven is the owner/operator of DC Construction and Company, Inc. Prior to establishing his own General Contracting business, he worked as a Lead Superintendent overseeing the building of more than 75 new homes in Indian River County. Harley now specializes in home repair and renovation. He prides himself on his ability to communicate with the client, completing the project on time and within budget without sacrificing quality.
